AI agent for restaurants

The dinner rush is exactly when reservations come in, and exactly when nobody can pick up the phone.

01

Why it breaks down today

The real problem, not the generic one.

In a restaurant, a message left unanswered for ten minutes is a table that went somewhere else. The problem is that the person who would answer is busy serving. The agent handles reservations, menu questions and orders, and frees up the floor.

02

What you get asked every day

The same five questions, answered instantly.

  • Do you have a table for tonight at 8?
  • What's on the menu and how much is it?
  • Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?
  • Do you deliver to my area?
  • Can I book for a group of 15?
03

How it qualifies

So your team only talks to the people worth talking to.

  • Date, time and party size
  • Location and delivery coverage area
  • Dietary restrictions the kitchen needs to know about
  • Whether it's an event or a large group that needs confirmation
04

What it's not allowed to do

The part nobody shows in a demo.

  • Confirm a reservation without checking real table availability.
  • Say a dish is safe for an allergy without verified data from the kitchen.
  • Make up prices or dishes that aren't on the current menu.
  • Promise deliveries outside the coverage area.
05

What changes in day-to-day operations

No made-up numbers.

The floor stops losing tables because nobody answered. Reservations come in on their own, with complete information, and land in the same system the host already uses. Large groups get escalated to a person, which is where judgment is actually needed.

06

What gets defined before go-live

What's specific to this industry.

In the diagnostic, we structure the menu with current prices and the allergen information the kitchen can declare in writing, and we define real table availability by time slot. An agent running on a PDF menu is useless.

The four setup phases and timelines are on the AI agency page; the method applied across the whole sales function is in our method.

07

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before hiring us.

Can it take a complete order?

Yes, if the restaurant has a structured menu. The agent builds the order, confirms the address and payment method, and sends it to whatever channel the kitchen uses. This is where a properly built menu, not a scanned PDF, makes the difference.

Can it answer questions about allergies?

Only with the information the kitchen has declared in writing, dish by dish. Where there's no verified data, the agent says so and escalates. Improvising on an allergy is one of the worst things an automated system can do.

Does it connect to the digital menu?

Yes, and it's the natural combination. If the restaurant already has a digital menu it can manage, the agent always answers with the current menu and prices, and nobody has to update them in two places.

Does it work with multiple locations?

Yes. It asks for the area, offers the right location and handles the reservation on that location's calendar, with its own availability and its own menu if they differ.

The next step

One hour, your numbers and an honest answer.

In the diagnostic, we find out whether an AI agent is what your operation needs right now, or whether something else needs fixing first. If it's the latter, we tell you.
