AI agents that sell while your team sleeps.

We build AI agents that answer, qualify and book appointments on WhatsApp 24/7, connected to your CRM and trained on your business's real conversations. It's not a subscription to our platform: the agent is built on yours.

01

What an AI sales agent is

The definition, without the hype.

An AI sales agent is a system that handles the messages coming into your business and runs the first stages of the sales process without anyone having to be available. It answers, qualifies, books and logs everything in the CRM.

It's not a robot that replaces your team. It's the filter that makes sure your team only talks to people worth talking to, and that no conversation goes cold because it came in at eleven on a Saturday night.

  • Answers on WhatsApp 24/7, on the same number your company already uses.
  • Qualifies against the criteria you set: budget, area, urgency, type of case.
  • Books into the rep's real calendar, not a separate list.
  • Logs every conversation as a traceable opportunity in the CRM.
  • Hands off to a person at the exact moment defined in advance.
02

What it doesn't do, and why we say so

The rules are written before anything goes live.

The part of the work nobody shows in a demo is the list of things the agent is forbidden to do. That list is what prevents the expensive problem.

At a law firm, the agent doesn't discuss fees or promise outcomes. At an aesthetic clinic, it gives no medical advice and guarantees no results. At a construction developer, it doesn't confirm availability of a property it hasn't checked. Every implementation starts by defining that list, and the list is part of the deliverable.

An agent that improvises on the wrong topic isn't an extra feature: it's a liability.

03

Your own agent, not a platform subscription

The difference you notice the day you want to leave.

The usual offer in Colombia is a subscription: the agent lives on the provider's platform, the conversations live there and the logic is a black box. It works, until the day your volume grows, you want to change something the dashboard doesn't allow, or you stop paying.

We build the agent on your infrastructure: your WhatsApp number, your CRM, your automations, with the logic documented in a deliverable you can read. If tomorrow you want to run it with another provider, or with your own team, you can.

  • Your number and your WhatsApp Business API account, in your name.
  • Your CRM: the agent writes where your operation already lives.
  • Documented logic: what it answers, when it hands off and under which rules.
  • No lock-in: your operation doesn't stop if you switch providers.
04

How we build it

Four weeks, with deliverables and dates.

The agent is the last piece, not the first. First you need to know what the company sells, in how many steps, and on what criteria a prospect gets ruled out. Building an agent on a sales process nobody ever wrote down is automating chaos.

  • Week 1: Diagnosis. We read the real conversations your team has already had, extract the frequent objections and define what the agent must and must not do.
  • Week 2: Build. We build the logic, connect the CRM and the calendar, and train it on your catalog and your terms.
  • Week 3: Testing. We test it against real cases, including the awkward ones: the haggler, the person who asks what they shouldn't, the one who types with mistakes.
  • Week 4: Go-live and tuning. It goes into operation with daily review and tuning based on what actually happens, not on what was expected.

The full method, applied to the whole sales function and not just the agent, is on our method page.

Industries where it's already running

The same niches where we run paid ads and CRM.

We don't start from scratch in each industry. Each one has its own questions, its own filtering criteria and, most importantly, its own list of things the agent is forbidden to say. Open yours for the details:

  • Aesthetic clinics. Questions about treatments and prices around the clock, filtering out the merely curious, and consultation bookings without swamping the front desk.
  • Plastic surgery. Supporting a decision that takes weeks, without diagnosing or promising results.
  • Law firms. First contact, case classification and booking, with strict rules on what the agent cannot state.
  • Construction developers. Qualification by budget, area and purchase timeline before a rep spends a showroom visit.
  • Real estate agencies. Instant answers for every property, requirements screening and viewing bookings.
  • Medical practices and clinics. Booking, rescheduling and reminders on the practitioner's real calendar.
  • Insurance. Complete risk details before the broker calls, with claims always handled by humans.
  • Loans and financing. Clear requirements from minute two, without approving credit lines or promising disbursements.
  • Digital products and courses. The full spike of a launch handled, with no drop in response time over the weekend.
  • Restaurants. Reservations and orders at peak hours, exactly when nobody can pick up the phone.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before hiring us.

What is an AI sales agent?

It's a conversational system that handles a business's incoming messages (usually on WhatsApp) and runs the first stages of the sales process: it answers questions about the product or service, qualifies the prospect against the criteria the company sets, books the appointment in the rep's calendar and logs everything in the CRM. It doesn't replace the salesperson: it hands over the conversation once it's warm.

How is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot follows a fixed decision tree: if the customer writes something nobody anticipated, it breaks. An AI agent understands natural language, keeps track of the conversation, checks the business's real information and decides the next action. The practical difference shows in the drop-off rate: people don't abandon a conversation that understands them.

Are we buying a platform, or do you build something of our own?

We build something of your own on your infrastructure. Most providers in Colombia sell a subscription to their closed platform: the agent lives there, the conversations live there, and the day you stop paying you're left with nothing. We build the agent on your CRM and your WhatsApp number, with the logic documented. It's yours.

What information is it trained on?

Yours: catalog, prices, terms, policies, frequent objections and the real conversations your team has already had. That last point changes the outcome the most. An agent trained on generic material answers like a brochure; one trained on your conversations answers like your best salesperson.

How long does implementation take?

Two to four weeks, depending on how complex the catalog and sales process are. Week one is diagnosis and definition: what the agent must do, what it must never do, and the exact moment it hands the conversation to a person. Without that defined, building the agent just means making a mistake faster.

What happens when the agent doesn't know something?

It hands off to a person. That rule is set before anything goes live, along with the topics the agent is forbidden to touch. At a law firm, for example, the agent doesn't discuss fees or promise outcomes; at an aesthetic clinic it gives no medical advice. The list of prohibitions is part of the deliverable.

The next step

Before building the agent, we need to see the numbers.

The diagnosis is free and takes one hour. We come out of it knowing whether an AI agent is what your business needs right now, or whether something else needs fixing first.
