AI agent by industry

AI agent for medical practices and clinics

The office phone rings while there's a patient in the exam room. Either the consultation gets interrupted or the appointment gets lost.

01

Why it breaks down today

The real problem, not the generic one.

In private practice, the schedule is the asset and no-shows are the leak. Many missed appointments aren't cancellations: they're people who couldn't reschedule because nobody answered. The agent covers booking, rescheduling and reminders, which is exactly the administrative part.

02

What you get asked every day

The same five questions, answered instantly.

  • Do you have an appointment available this week?
  • Do you take my EPS health plan, or is it private pay?
  • How much is the consultation?
  • I need to change my Tuesday appointment.
  • What should I bring, or how do I prepare?
03

How it qualifies

So your team only talks to the people worth talking to.

  • Specialty and practitioner needed
  • Whether it's private pay, a prepaid plan or covered by an agreement
  • First visit or follow-up
  • Real availability by time slot and location
04

What it's not allowed to do

The part nobody shows in a demo.

  • Diagnose, suggest treatments, or interpret symptoms and test results.
  • Recommend, adjust or stop medications or doses.
  • Handle emergencies. At any sign of an emergency, it immediately redirects to the right line and notifies the team.
  • Share clinical results over chat.
05

What changes in day-to-day operations

No made-up numbers.

The schedule fills and refills itself. When someone cancels, the agent offers that slot to the waiting list within minutes: the hour that used to sit empty because nobody had time to call.

06

What gets defined before go-live

What's specific to this industry.

In the diagnostic, we write the list of red flags that trigger immediate referral, and we define how the agent connects to the existing scheduling system so you don't end up with two calendars running in parallel. That list is validated by the clinical team, not by us.

The four setup phases and timelines are on the AI agency page; the method applied across the whole sales function is in our method.

07

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before hiring us.

Can it give guidance on symptoms?

No. It's the strictest prohibition in every healthcare implementation. The agent covers the administrative side —scheduling, preparation, requirements, costs— and for any clinical question it replies that the practitioner will address it, then books the appointment.

What does it do if someone describes an emergency?

A list of red flags is defined in advance. When it detects one, the agent stops handling the appointment, tells the person to go to the emergency room or call the line the institution has designated, and notifies the human team immediately.

Does it connect to our scheduling system?

It connects to the calendar or system the practice already uses, as long as it offers a way to integrate. Where there isn't one, we define an alternative flow so you don't end up with two schedules running in parallel, which is the worst possible scenario.

How are medical records handled?

The agent doesn't touch medical records. It works with contact and scheduling data. Everything clinical stays in the provider's system, under its own controls.

The next step

One hour, your numbers and an honest answer.

In the diagnostic, we find out whether an AI agent is what your operation needs right now, or whether something else needs fixing first. If it's the latter, we tell you.
